On JUNE 30, Nordstjernan acquired 100 percent of the shares in POLVER Group ABC.

Nordstjernan forms the wholly owned Dacke Industri ABC.

Dacke Industri will thus become the new parent company of POLVER Hydraulics Group ABC, with a number of subsidiaries within hydraulics.
